We are hiring enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our Medical Billing team. Based on the interview performance, candidates will be aligned to either Voice Process (AR Caller / EV Caller) or Non-Voice Process (FEB / Cash Posters). • Call US-based insurance companies on behalf of doctors/physicians to check claim status.
• Follow up on outstanding claims to ensure timely reimbursement.
• Handle US healthcare provider billing processes and documentation.
• Obtain and update payment details for processed claims.
• Analyze claim rejections and take appropriate action to resolve issues.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
• Experience or understanding of insurance eligibility verification is an added advantage.

• Manage billing tasks and cash posting for multiple US-based clients.
• Responsible for reviewing billing error reports, holds, scanning, and faxing of medical documents to insurers.
• Ensure all billing transactions are accurate, complete, and compliant with internal standards.
• Post payments, denials, write-offs, and adjustments in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain financial data integrity and support quality assurance metrics.
• Gain deep understanding of the entire medical billing and cash posting lifecycle.

• Graduates from any stream (2021 – 2025 pass-outs).
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage work queues.
• Quick learner and team player with a passion to build a career in US healthcare BPO.
• Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
