What You’ll Be Doing:
Act as the single point of contact for assigned client(s)
Manage and guide a team of recruiters
Personally source profiles for niche/urgent roles if required
Ensure timely, high-quality delivery for all open positions
Maintain strong relationships and communication with client stakeholders
Must-Haves:
5–6 years of end-to-end IT recruitment experience
Client delivery experience is a must
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Prior experience managing a recruiter team
Hands-on sourcing expertise
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Nice to Have:
Experience supporting enterprise-level clients
Familiarity with ATS
Exposure to both volume and niche hiring
